不管入驻任何平台不做深入地运营和商业采买广告,都已是徒劳的。还不如慢慢精细化自己的官网,基于LTD方法论实践“入站营销(Inbound marketing)”模式。

为什么要建立自己的独立站(官网)?
那就好比在一个大会展上,多数企业都要拥有自己独立展位是一样的道理。
一些大展会上,大机构、平台会租更大的场地,很多企业也会把产品服务放到大机构、平台租的展位里面(也就是平台经济)。
传统会展中,有能力的企业(绝大部分中小企业)都一定是选择独立布展,露出自己的品牌、Logo,直接派参展人员去引流和链接客户。
本质上具有开放、普惠属性的互联网,独立设置展位(官网)的成本其实也并不高。
消费互联网时代,各平台已打造了各个流量池,通过这些流量平台,内容平台可以大量触达潜在客户。
入站营销(Inbound marketing)不是和平台对着干,而是把各内容平台、流量平台当作新的“全球通”(沟通与连接工具),把生意表达做成数字内容通过数字化官网的CMS分发到各流量平台,触达、吸引潜在客户,客户感兴趣后,成为官网的自来客,这种通过价值吸引的营销获客方式,客户更精准,质量更高,成交率,复用性也更高(数据资产完全私有)。
入站营销(Inbound marketing),以拥有自己的私域官网(网站)为前提,以“生意表达好,业务进系统”能传递价值为基础。
入站营销(Inbound marketing)并非是一种守株待兔的营销策略,而是透过各种不同的渠道,做到分众且精准的网络营销。利用付费或是投入人力时间的媒体(Paid Media)去加强信息的传播,得到更多免费的传播机会(Earned Media),并且加强数字资产的优化以及关键字的锁定,确实的达到每个广告以及信息的露出,都能确实的导入至目标到达网站,同时做好SEO、SMO、UEO的全网站优化,才是确实的做好入站营销(Inbound marketing)。
1.把产品、服务、案例、知识等对客户有价值的东西包装制作成内容,用内容触达、吸引潜在客户。客户感兴趣后,主动联系企业,成为企业的自来客。
2.有潜在需求的客户会利用搜索引擎、社交媒体、新闻、电子邮件、800/400电话、线下活动、甚至登门拜访等各种渠道主动接触企业,最终都引流归集到私域官网。
3.品牌需要在以上接触点通过优质的内容打动客户,以拉动客户访问数字营销平台(官网/活动网站等)上的不同着陆页面(Landing Page)进行交互(需要有较好的用户体验与交互设计)。
4.在着陆页面上对客户身份进行识别,并记录客户访问行为,适时干预客户访问路径,择机利用业务表单和在线客服等手段捕获客户需求信息和联系信息,这些信息都被临时储存到大型数据仓库中。
5.根据用户标签规则把有效数据输出到CRM系统,形成潜在客户的商机列表,开始进入商机培育阶段,在此阶段销售或电销人员与客户之间频繁通过邮件、短信、电话等方式互动,这些互动记录需要被有序管理,便于重新为商机线索打分、跟进。
6.销售人员通过用户标签把成熟商机筛选出来,进入实质的销售环节,最终形成销售转化。
所以,跟过去不同的是,为了更有效的掌握各种不同渠道来的客户的特性,在入站营销(Inbound marketing)中并不是直接到达网站主体,而是先进到了到达网页(Landing Page)、社交平台账号后,在其中加注来客者的身分,网站站长便可透过分析软件,找寻出适合各种不同来客的营销文案或营销offer。
