问题原因应该是拿到的ova文件有问题，但没时间深究。解决方法：重新打包ova文件
1.下载并安装 VMWare ovf tool
下载地址：https://www.vmware.com/support/developer/ovf/.
2.下载并安装7.zip，来解包ova
下载地址：https://www.7-zip.org/
3.解包
用7.zip解包到E盘下：
检查 E:/下是否产生对应文件：
里面含有文件：
4.重新打包
用ovftool重新打包，进到cmd命令行界面，进入到ovftool所在的安装路径
cd C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware OVF Tool执行打包命令，使新生成ova文件也存放到E盘下：
ovftool.exe "E:\vthunder-411-P6\vthunder-411-p6.ovf" E:\vThunder.ova
检查文件生成：
5.使用这个重新打包而得的ova文件再进行导入
